How one can manage weight in thyroid by lifestyle changes?

    Managing weight is same whether in thyroid condition or without!
    Cutting down calorie intake/ reducing sugar and fatty food
    Exercising regularly (at least 30 minutes daily; 5 days a week) and effectively (should tire you).

    Additionally thyroid medication, if advised by a doctor.

    ONLY 500 ml oil in a month; minimal outside eating; reduce snacking.
    2 litres of water; more of vegetables and fruits and sugar NOT more than 2 tea spoons in a day.
    This only helps weight NOT to increase. To reduce 30-40 minutes daily of brisk walk, cycling, swimming, light jogging at least 5 days in a week.
